We had a lovely Thanksgiving this year. We started it with a low key morning. Kristen had the parade on which the kids watched on and off. I ran for 3 miles watching the Biggest Loser- Eric made yummy rolls and I tried to make yams the way normal people like them for Thanksgiving. I just bake them and eat them without butter or anything like a crazy person, so I failed them by peeling them first then cooking them in butter and sugar, but now I know just to bake them with peels on, then peel them and put them in the butter and sugar. I'm sure you all needed to know that and I'm glad my aunt Julie brought good yams that people loved. Then we headed up to my mom's parent's house and had a delicious dinner there.
